Bank Project/Process Manager Consultant (m/f)

Your role and responsibilities

- Consult and understand client’s needs, develop strategies to achieve the goals and plan implementation alternatives
- Drive project activities to ensure high quality results are achieved by employing or leveraging best practices, engaging the appropriate expertise (business experts, technical experts, subject matter experts), and by making needed decisions
- Evaluate, design, execute, measure, monitor and control business processes
- Monitor and measure the benefits of post process implementation to ensure product quality, efficiency, and improvement
- Analyse operating data and statistics to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules to select, design or construct solutions (example solutions include, but are not limited to, new systems, internal reorganisation, process migration, package installations, new products or services, organisational designs)
- Prepare key communications to inform appropriate parties, to escalate issues appropriately, and to effectively manage the expectations of all audiences
- Manage projects to include exercising authority over the project team as necessary to keep the project on track, monitoring and tracking progress, resource planning, resolving issues (e.g., technical, operational, or personnel issues), and contingency planning
- Identify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans. Manage triggered risks and project related issues



Profile:
Niveau d'étude demandé egal Master (Bac+5)
- Excellent quantitative and problem-solving skills
- Plan, perform and schedule own work
- Ability to work in a team in order to achieve group targets
- Thoroughness and attention to detail, analysis and problem solving
- Must be able to think critically, organised with strong time management skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise multiple projects and work under pressure
- Take ownership for tasks and follow through to completion
- Disciplined and structured approach to work
- Accountability, responsibility, solution and delivery focused
- Build strong working relationships with internal groups, interact on a daily basis to ensure good communication and efficient business flow

Requirements
- Proven previous experience in business and/or operations
- Project and Process Management tools knowledge
- Change management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Full proficiency in English and French
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
