C&P - Operational Manager Venues (H/F/X)

The group operates a diverse portfolio ranging from high-energy restaurants to hybrid concepts , where dining and nightlife come together.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an Operational Manager to oversee several venues and support their performance on a daily basis.

Your roleReporting to senior management, you act as a key link between the group and the venue teams.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Oversee and support the daily operations of multiple venues, ensuring consistency with group standards
• Work closely with Restaurant Managers to structure operations and improve performance
• Drive operational excellence on the ground: service quality, team organisation, cost control and overall efficiency
• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance and implement concrete action plans
• Support recruitment, onboarding and team development across the venues
• Ensure proper implementation of group processes, standards and compliance (HACCP, safety, etc.)
• Act as a hands-on problem solver in complex or high-pressure situations
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of concepts, guest experience and operational processes

Your profile

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar operational role in hospitality
• Experience in multi-site management or within a structured group is a strong advantage
• Strong field presence: hands-on, pragmatic and solution-oriented
• Ability to lead, challenge and support managers
• Solid understanding of operational and financial performance drivers
• Structured, organised and comfortable working with data (Excel, reporting)
• Fluent in French and English (Luxembourgish is a plus)
