What You'll Do

Lead and support the daily operations of the Reinforcement Testing Lab, ensuring smooth and safe execution of testing activities
Guide, coach, and develop a diverse team of technicians and engineers, supporting their growth and engagement
Collaborate with internal and external partners to plan, prioritize, and deliver testing aligned with business needs
Act as a key point of contact for technical questions, special requests, and lab-related topics
Encourage continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, quality, and efficiency
Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to alignment and standardization across regional and global labs

What You'll Bring

Experience in leading or supporting teams, with a collaborative and people-focused approach
Background in laboratory operations, material testing, or a related technical environment with Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical, Physical or Materials Engineering
Ability to communicate clearly and build strong relationships across different teams and stakeholders
Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to navigate challenges in a structured and thoughtful way
Interest in continuous improvement (e.g. Lean, process optimization)
Understanding of safety and quality standards in an industrial or lab setting
Comfort working with digital tools (e.g. MS Office, SAP, or similar systems)
Fluency in English; French/German is a plus
