By strengthening maintenance practices and building a strong reliability culture, you will contribute directly to product quality, operational continuity, and sustainable performance.

You will play a key role in shaping how maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement come together—supporting teams, improving processes, and helping the plant meet its ambitions in safety, quality, productivity, and cost.


What You'll Do

Support and guide a multidisciplinary maintenance team, fostering collaboration, safety, and continuous learning
Help build and sustain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Develop and enhance preventive and predictive maintenance practices to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
Contribute to and lead reliability and continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and defect elimination
Partner with cross-functional teams on equipment performance, upgrades, and operational improvements
Oversee maintenance planning, performance tracking, and cost awareness to support efficient and sustainable operations


What We're Looking For

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with exposure to maintenance operations
Background in mechanical or electrical engineering (or equivalent practical experience)
Understanding of maintenance and reliability concepts (e.g., preventive/predictive maintenance, problem-solving approaches)
Comfortable working with technical documentation and maintenance systems (e.g., CMMS / SAP)
A collaborative mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to organize, prioritize, and support activities in a dynamic, 24/7 production environment
Proficiency in English; additional languages such as French, German, or Luxembourgish are a plus
