Air Freight Specialist (m/f/d)

Smart Carrier Procurement: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with airlines and GSAs to secure competitive rates and reliable capacity.
Own the Operation: Manage export shipments end-to-end and act as the operational and technical backbone of the department.

What we expect:

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in air freight forwarding or transport coordination with strong operational understanding.
Language Skills: Professional communication skills in English and Serbian are required.
Operational Knowledge: Experience with transport bookings, shipment coordination, customer communication, documentation handling, and collaboration with carriers or logistics partners. Familiarity with air cargo processes is highly valued.
Mindset: A customer-focused team player with the independence to lead a department and the vision to continuously refine and improve operational workflows.
