Export & Dispatch Clerk (m/f/d)

What to expect:

You are responsible for recording the shipment data in the system.
On-time and proper customs clearance of all shipments in compliance with all relevant legal requirements.
You create all the necessary documents and freight papers to ensure a proper transport.
Checking and maintaining loading schedules.
You will work in close contact with drivers, warehouse staff, dispatchers and freight forwarders.

What we expect:

Proven professional experience in a comparable position.
Advanced knowledge in imports and exports as well as in custom regulations.
Willingness to work in shifts (early and late shift).
Fluent in English, any other language is considered as an advantage.
You are a communicative team player who keeps a cool head even in stressful situations.
