Job Description



Responsible for managing daily logistics activities by executing timely and cost-effective shipments supported by precise documentation.



Responsibilities

Managing inbound and outbound shipments through accurate preparation of customs and export documentation in compliance with the applicable laws
Maintaining daily liaison with customers, vendors, Husky team member and carriers to ensure continuity of in/out bound shipments
Preparing required documentation to ensure timely and accurate payment
Recommending new policies and procedures as required
Ensuring optimum service levels for customers at competitive rates

Qualifications

Strong organizational and time-management skills with great attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of applicable international shipping regulations
Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office, Baan LN, DHL EasyShip, MyTNT, UPS
Fluent in French and English
College Diploma preferably with a Logistics background or equivalent work experience
2 years logistics experience preferably in a manufacturing environment

This is a temporary assignement until the end of 2026.
