Field Support & Automation Engineer (m/f)

Development and after sales service of a solar panel inspection module

Your role:
We are recruiting a new engineer for the development and the after-sales service of our new solar panel's inspection module. The candidate must be autonomous, flexible, team-player and willing to learn.
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in C++ and Python programming.
• Familiarity with Linux-based operating systems (development and deployment).
• Basic understanding of JavaScript for front-end or UI-related tasks.
• Knowledge of embedded systems, especially working with cameras, sensors, and microcontrollers.
• Ability to work with technical documentation, schematics, and system diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
• English proficiency, French would be an advantage
Nice to Have (Optional but Valuable):
• Experience with robotics platforms (ROS, similar systems).
• Knowledge of AI/Computer Vision, especially applied to image processing or defect detection.
• Experience working with GPS integration in hardware or robotics.
• Familiarity with network protocols and wireless communication (Wi-Fi, cellular, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with system-level debugging, especially with embedded hardware.
• UI/UX development skills, particularly with web-based dashboards or control panels.
