Position Overview

Are you passionate about advancing innovation led growth and coaching teams on key strategic programs? DuPont
is seeking an Innovation Excellence Leader to drive innovation thought leadership and execution excellence within
DuPont's global Tyvek® technology and marketing teams. In this role, the person will be responsible for
strengthening tools, for training the organization and for providing governance in program execution to accelerate
speed to market. Furthermore, the person will support the Technology Director to assemble monthly innovation
bowlers and facilitate reviews with Business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion state-of-the-art innovation led growth, developing and promoting best tools for program execution that will enable speed to market with a focus on Desirability, Viability and Feasibility evaluation
• Expand network with potential external partners to accelerate innovation
• Thought partner to Corporate Technology Leaders on innovation tools and support implementation of Corporate innovation framework
• Spearhead and facilitate training to the Tyvek® innovation teams to enhance a culture of innovation excellence
• Provide coaching to the Tyvek® innovation project teams on their specific programs
• Act as a thought partner for Stage Gate Reviews and growth PMO reviews in Garment and Roll Goods businesses
• Ensure Innovation Launchpad data are efficiently and consistently used across the Tyvek® innovation teams
• Manage Tyvek® Innovation Portfolio. Monitor and analyze data from Innovation Launchpad to assess growth delivery compared to objectives
• Coordinate and prepare monthly Tyvek® innovation bowlers based on data from innovation launch pad and facilitate reviews with the Technology Director and Business Stakeholders
• Lead technically specific innovation programs in either Consumer and Industrial adjacencies or in new Tyvek® markets

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline
• Minimum of 5 years expertise in innovation program management with track record of successful delivery

The following qualifications and experience are highly valued and considered important assets:

• Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification
• Agile Certified Practitioner certification, supported by practical experience in Lean Innovation
• Strong proficiency in statistical data analysis tools
• Demonstrated expertise in Voice of Customer (VOC) collection, with excellent listening skills
• Experience in assessing business cases using the Desirability, Viability, and Feasibility framework
• Proven experience in coaching and training teams
• Creative, innovative and entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking skills.
• Strong networking, collaboration and analytical skills
• Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages (German, French) are a strong plus.
• Multi-cultural experience and willingness to travel globally up to 25%
