What You'll Do
As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, innovation, and business growth within our
Tyvek® manufacturing operations.
You will:
• Own and continuously improve manufacturing processes, ensuring the highest standards in process safety, reliability,
quality, and environmental compliance.
• Provide daily technical support to production operations and help optimize line performance.
• Identify, develop, and implement process and technology improvements that enhance productivity, efficiency, and
sustainability.
• Contribute to major capital investment (CAPEX) projects, including process design, engineering calculations, and
technology implementation.
• Lead and participate in Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) and risk management activities.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges.
• Manage and maintain critical process technology documentation and standards.
• Support the future evolution of Tyvek® technology through innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We Are Looking For
We're looking for curious, driven engineers who are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
Required Qualifications:
• Master's degree preferred in Chemical, Process, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Bachelor's degree with relevant industrial experience will also be considered.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong interest in manufacturing technology, industrial processes, and innovation.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and develop new technical competencies.
• Self-starter with strong ownership, initiative, and accountability.
• Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines and functions.
• French and/or Luxembourgish language skills are a plus.
