Are you an early-career corporate governance professional looking to grow your expertise in a fast-paced, international environment? We're looking for an Analyst Company Secretary to join our team and support a diverse portfolio of Luxembourg-based entities.
The Role:
In this role, you will support the delivery of high-quality company secretarial services across a portfolio of regulated and unregulated real estate and corporate entities, including funds and holding structures. You'll be involved across the full lifecycle of entities, and work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the day-to-day company secretarial activities for Luxembourg entities
• Assist with board and shareholder meetings, including preparation and documentation
• Draft and maintain corporate documentation and registers
• Manage filings with the Luxembourg Business Register
• Maintain statutory records and company files
• Liaise with notaries, auditors, tax authorities, and other third parties
• Support onboarding of new clients and entity setup
• Collaborate with Accounting and other teams to ensure seamless client service
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
You must have:
• Degree degree in Law (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a law firm, in-house legal, or corporate environment
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and legal principles
• Familiarity with Luxembourg corporate structures (preferred)
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Fluent English (German and/or French are a plus)
• Strong team player with a proactive mindset
Desired skills & knowledge:
• Basic understanding of corporate law, compliance, and AML principles
• Experience with corporate governance systems is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
