Business Analyst (m/f/o)

Main responsibilities (non-exhaustive) :

As a Business Analyst, you will support the Strategy Team in delivering Redion EB's key strategic initiatives and addressing short-tern-I peak workload requirements.This role will include:

Contribute to the end-to-end execution of strategic transformation initiatives linked to the post- merger integration and the setup of the direct insurance model, Supporting project planning, implementation activities, and follow-up on key priorities.
Coordinate and monitor key project activities, ensuring progress tracking, transparency, and follow-up on priorities, milestones, and deliverables.
Conduct business analyses and prepare strategic materials and project documentation to
Support management decision-making and transformation objectives.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by gathering inputs from stakeholders, aligning requirements, and supporting effective project execution.
Track and report progress of strategic initiatives, ensuring visibility on key actions, risks, and dependencies.

Skills & Competences

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, structuring, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and ability to deliver in fast-paced environments
• Proficient in English, any other language would be considered an asset

Desirable Qualifications & Background

• First experience in strategy, transformation, or project management within an intemational corporate environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, or a related field; currently completing Master's studies in business, Economics, or a relevant field are considered a plus. Insurance or consulting background is considered a plus
