Your contribution to our success

* Manage daily tasks (change, incident, troubleshooting…)
* Installation, configuration and maintenance of Firewalls, Proxy, SIEM, Switch DC / campus… as well as management tools.
* Pro-actively ensure the proper level of security and availability of our systems.
* In charge of the third level of support for solutions, troubleshooting of applications etc...
* Monitor system/application backups and redundancy strategies.
* Verify compliance of the systems with the standard security policy.
* Carry out reporting, write procedures and all the documentation necessary for the proper management of the environment.
* Check the KPIs and make sure to respect the SLAs that have been defined.
