HSE Specialist (f/m/x)

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

Conduct routine HSE activities such as inspections, safety walks, work permits, fire drills, and basic HSE trainings
Support the maintenance of the HSE management system, including documentation and KPI reporting
Assist in risk assessments, mitigation measures, and incident/accident investigations
Contribute to HSE awareness activities and continuous improvement initiatives
Support internal and external audits and follow-up on corrective actions
Collaborate with HR on occupational health topics and with Facilities to ensure a safe work environment


This is what you bring to us:

Bachelor or Master degree (chemical, industrial risks, or technical background completed with EHS trainings)
Certified Technical Course of Health and Safety at Work (travailleur désigné) is an asset
Initial experience in HSE, safety management, or a related field
Understanding of HSE regulations and management systems
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive mindset
Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly
