Shift Team Leader SCM (f/m/x)

Safety & Quality Management: Prevent risks, apply safety standards, and handle deviations, incidents, and quality issues using proper analysis and tools
Efficient Logistics Operations: Ensure logistics services meet internal and external customer needs and secure the supply of components to production lines
Performance Monitoring: Track logistics activities through KPIs, detect deviations, and implement improvement actions to achieve targets
Process & Flow Optimization: Design and continuously improve efficient material flows from docks to warehouse
Equipment Reliability: Maintain machines in good condition, monitor their availability, and ensure data accuracy in the system
Lean & Continuous Improvement: Deploy lean tools and mindset to identify root causes, reduce customer claims, and sustain performance improvements
Leadership & Team Development: Provide direction, develop versatility, build ownership, and enhance team competence and adaptability



This is what you bring to us:

Bachelor's degree at least
3-5 years of experience in the same role
Knowledge in logistics, inventory and process control is mandatory
LEAN mindset and knowledge
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French; German and English are a strong asset
Effective ability to lead and direct others
Ability and willingness to uphold the Webasto Values
Self-motivated and proactive at completing tasks in a timely manner
