Maintain tool and equipment records and ensure all information remains accurate and up to date.
Ensure tools and equipment are available when required to support maintenance operations.
Apply and promote best maintenance practices for all tools and equipment.
Perform repairs on tools and equipment within the Tool Crib whenever feasible.
Inspect, control, and maintain tools and equipment in a serviceable condition.
Coordinate tool and equipment repairs with internal workshops and external repair providers.
Monitor shop stock inventory and ensure availability in line with maintenance workload requirements.
Communicate relevant operational and technical information to the team in a timely manner.
Promote, observe, and enforce 5S principles and housekeeping standards.
Essential Requirements:
Secondary technical education, accomplished apprenticeship in a technical field or equivalent
Between 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position
Good knowledge of Tools and/or Stock management
Be customer focused and have a co-operative attitude
Have good communication skills and able to work with a team
Have the ability to work alone and to show good initiative
Fluency in written and spoken English, any other language would be an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
Working Conditions:
Full-time position based in Luxembourg.
The position requires to work shifts.
The position requires the possession of a cat. B driving license.
A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
The successful candidate will have to obtain a valid medical fitness certificate for the job issued by the Company doctor prior to the start of the employment.
