Your role
The doctoral researcher's main task will be to prepare a doctoral thesis in the field of Criminal law or Criminal Procedure (including national, European or international perspectives, in French or in English). The candidate is welcome to suggest any topic within these fields.
The doctoral researcher will mostly work at the University of Luxembourg with the possibility to sign a cotutelle agreement with another university. You will provide educational support in Leuven and Hasselt. The person will contribute to the teaching activities.
The doctoral researcher will benefit from being part of large research group comprising several Doctoral and Postdoctoral Researchers working on related topics of criminal law and criminal procedure.

General information:
The yearly gross salary for every Doctoral researcher at the UL is EUR 43445 (full time).
