Luxinnovation, Luxembourg's national innovation agency, is looking for a Business Relationship Advisor – Skilled craft (m/f) to join its National Business Relationship Management Department. You will work closely with the Luxembourg Chamber of Skilled Crafts associations and you will contribute, among other activities, to the “Klimat-Pakt fir Betriber” initiative.

As a Business Relationship Advisor – Skilled Craft,  you will identify the needs of SMEs and contribute to the digitalisation and decarbonisation initiatives designed to support this ecosystem.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Your key responsibilities will include:

Inspire  
• Organize and lead  collaborative workgroups on decarbonisation and digitalisation for SMEs topics.  
• Provide  expert insights and contribute to the organization of events.  
• Stay informed about European and national market trends and regulations to guide organizations with a forward-thinking strategic approach.
• Support  marketing and communication efforts to highlight Luxembourg's innovation ecosystem and leadership in the skilled crafts sector.  

Evaluate  
• Understand  companies' innovation needs and assess how Luxinnovation's services align with their requirements.  
• Present  a clear and complete Luxinnovation service path, offer tailored Luxinnovation services or connect them with other support providers.  
• Help  companies access funding, R&D collaborations, and adoption programs related to the skilled crafts sector.

Connect  
• Develop and lead  a network by connecting organisations, research centers, and businesses to foster innovation and collaboration.  
• Facilitate  strategic partnerships by linking companies with the right skilled crafts solutions and ensuring effective service delivery through client relationship management (CRM).  
• Build and nurture  relationships by ensuring ongoing engagement, satisfaction, and a clear overview of all ongoing activities through continuous follow-up.  
• Enhance  collaboration by connecting stakeholders and aligning ecosystem services.  

Support  
• Strengthen  engagement with companies to enhance their access to skilled crafts support mechanisms.  
• Increase  the number of skilled crafts companies accompanied by Luxinnovation in their innovation journey.  
• Improve  the conversion rate from initial meetings to the adoption of Luxinnovation services.  
• Expand  outreach to new companies to raise awareness and encourage engagement.  
• Work closely  with key  partners to integrate this sector into broader innovation strategies, ensuring that the skilled crafts remains a key pillar in Luxembourg's ecosystem. 


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• You hold a master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.  
• You have a proven experience in the skilled crafts sector, business development, or consulting.
• You have a strong understanding of the skilled crafts challenges.  
• You have deep insight into skilled craft challenges, understanding how innovative strategies and sector-specific workflows can accelerate the transition toward digital and sustainable practices.  
• You have analytical skills to gather, document and prioritize business requirements.  
• You can translate business needs into actionable strategies.  
• You have excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to build relationships across craft sectors.
• You are comfortable speaking in front of large audiences, engaging them effectively and maintaining their attention. You listen attentively to questions or concerns, address needs with clarity, and tailor your presentations and content to the specific audience.  
• You demonstrate adaptability in evolving environments, maintaining a positive, problem-solving attitude. Your proactive mindset enables you to anticipate challenges and drive solutions with confidence and efficiency.  
• You are dynamic, results-oriented, and proactive - ready to take ownership and drive change.  
• You can work well with cross functional teams.  
• Fluency in French, Luxembourgish / German and English is required.
