SAMSA FILM is pleased to announce that VICKY KRIEPS has just been awarded the HEART OF SARAJEVO AWARD OF “BEST ACTRESS” at the Sarajevo Film Festival, for her role of Empress Elisabeth in the film “CORSAGE” by Marie Kreutzer. “CORSAGE” was selected and presented in the Competition of the Sarajevo Film Festival. One more recognition for Luxemburgish actress, after having won the “BEST PERFORMANCE-UN CERTAIN REGARD” at the last Cannes Film Festival, in May. Produced by four countries (Austria, Luxembourg, Germany, and France), “CORSAGE” is directed by Austrian director and screenwriter Marie KREUTZER. “CORSAGE” is produced by BERNARD MICHAUX for SAMSA FILM, together with FILM AG for Austria, KOMPLIZEN FILM for Germany and KAZAK PRODUCTIONS for France. The television broadcasters ORF FILM/Fernseh-Abkommen (AT), ZDF/ARTE (DE), ARTE CINEMA and ARTE France also co-produced the film. The film was supported by the FILM FUND LUXEMBOURG.
The release of the film in Luxembourg is scheduled for September 7th.

Une reconnaissance de plus pour l’actrice luxembourgeoise, après avoir remporté le PRIX UN CERTAIN REGARD de la “MEILLEURE PERFORMANCE” au dernier Festival de Cannes, en mai. Produit par quatre pays (Autriche, Luxembourg, Allemagne et France), “CORSAGE” est réalisé par la réalisatrice et scénariste autrichienne Marie KREUTZER. “CORSAGE” est produit par BERNARD MICHAUX pour SAMSA FILM, en collaboration avec FILM AG pour l’Autriche, KOMPLIZEN FILM pour l’Allemagne et KAZAK PRODUCTIONS pour la France. Les chaînes de télévision ORF FILM/Fernseh-Abkommen (AT), ZDF/ARTE (DE), ARTE CINEMA et ARTE France ont également coproduit le film. Le film a bénéficié du soutien du FILM FUND LUXEMBOURG. La sortie du film au Luxembourg est prévue le 7 septembre.
