What we expect:

Bachelor degrees in Business or Finance
Cross-functional business experience
5+ years of selling experience in a similar industry
Proven track record of strong customer relationships
Experience with preliminary validation of customer on first contact
Understanding and ability to demonstrate the financial drivers and aspects of packaging operations
Experience in value selling and changing the customers accepted ways of operating
Excellent at preparing and delivering professional presentations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Works independently and leads business initiatives across our different business units as needed
Strong leadership and project management skills
Strong public speaking skills - Ability to speak at conferences, tradeshows, webinars, etc.
Experience utilizing CRM software
Excellent English skills. Knowledge of French, German and Italian will be considered advantageous
Position may be based in our office in Luxembourg or remotely in Europe.
