Job Description

In this position you will be responsible for the quality and on-time manufacturing of production parts. You will work in a 4-shift system in a midsize team.

Responsibilities



You will work in the polishing area which is the last step of our process of manufacturing.
Manufacture parts according to dimension and surface requirements on manual machines Documentation of part measurements Careful and clean working, Order, cleanliness and preventive machine maintenance

Qualifications

You possess abilities in metalworking (mechanical fitter, cutting machine operator or similar job experience).
Good eyesight and physical resilience
Surface polishing skills will be considered an asset We are seeking individuals with self-initiative, open-minded, high personal integrity and who enjoy teamwork
Forward-looking and focuses on process improvement
Advanced language skills in German are essentials.
Understanding of numeric machine commands are an asset.
As we function in an international working environment, it would be a plus that you have basic English communication skills.

Stellenbeschreibung

In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für die Qualität und termingerechte Fertigung von Produktionsteilen. Sie arbeiten im 4-Schicht-Betrieb in einem mittelgroßen Team.

Verantwortlichkeiten

Sie werden in der Polierabteilung arbeiten, dem letzten Schritt unseres Herstellungsprozesses.

Herstellen von Teilen nach Maß- und Oberflächenanforderungen an konventionellen Maschinen Dokumentation von Teilemessungen
Sorgfältiges und sauberes Arbeiten, Ordnung, Sauberkeit und vorbeugende Maschinenwartung



Qualifikationen

Sie verfügen über einen Ausbildungsabschluss in der Metallbearbeitung (Mechaniker, Zerspanungsmechaniker oder ähnliche Berufserfahrung).
Das Verständnis numerischer Maschinenbefehle wäre ein Vorteil.
Wir suchen Mitarbeiter mit Eigeninitiative, Aufgeschlossenheit, hoher persönlicher Integrität und Spaß an Teamarbeit.
Vorausschauendes Arbeiten und Sinn für Prozessverbesserungen Gutes Sehvermögen und körperliche Belastbarkeit Erfahrung in der Oberflächenpolierung werden als Vorteil angesehen Da wir in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld arbeiten, ist es wichtig, dass Sie über Grundkenntnisse in der englischen Sprache verfügen.
Fortgeschrittene Sprachkenntnisse in der deutschen Sprache werden als Vorteil angesehen
