What you will do:

Reporting to Manager Accounting and Valuation, you will be responsible for the oversight of NAV Valuations and reporting tasks, the quality and timely response to clients & third parties queries. The Supervisor is responsible to maintain and improve the standards of client service deliveries but also support more junior Team Members (Senior Fund Accountants). Communication skills are key, as well as an in-depth knowledge of fund structure and Luxembourg Fund regulation. In this role, you will:

• Review and sign off NAV in a timely manner
• Take responsibility for day-to-day client fund accounting matters and executing operations (including payment and investor's transactions)
• Assist auditors, internal and external parties with their queries
• Help Assistant Managers when required and assist them on any queries or project they are working on
• Support and provide solutions in all aspects of operational delivery, monitor deliverables accuracy and timeliness
• Deal with client, Investment Operations, GDS, Auditors, Tax compliance and third parties.

You should apply if you have:

• Accounting qualification (BA or equivalent) and good understanding of Luxembourg Fund regulation
• Relevant experience in supervisory/management
• Thorough knowledge of Private asset accounting mainly for Private Debt and Real Estate structures and various accounting Lux GAAP and IFRS including Consolidation requirement
• Good understanding of fund structure: pooling/multi-class/feeder/parallel and hybrid funds
• Experience with at least one of accounting software such as Geneva, Investran and Yardi
• Fluent in English, both written and oral. Any other language would be considered as an advantage.
