An established fiduciary based in Luxembourg city is seeking a German-speaking Accountant to join its team. Active for more than a decade and located in the city center, this company offers a modern working environment built on trust, independence, and strong flexibility, including the option to work from home. With a fiduciary part and AIFM part, this company is able to deal with many types of clients and is currently looking for someone who is open-minded in the diversity of services and responsibilities that this person would offer.

The team consists of around ten people and operates in a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. Management remains accessible when needed, while still giving each person the autonomy to organize their work.

With no timesheet pressure or micromanagement, the environment is calm and constructive. Thanks to the in-house structure, you will have a broad and comprehensive view of the operations, making the position both enriching and technically stimulating. <br><br>

Your Responsibilities | Fiduciary – Finance – Accountancy – Tax

• You will manage a portfolio composed primarily of real estate investment structures and holding companies, or also commercial companies.
• You will handle the bookkeeping and prepare the annual financial statements.
• You will complete tax and VAT returns in line with regulatory requirements.
• You will ensure that all related documentation is fully compliant.
• You will also be in contact with auditors, banks to supervise your files correctly. <br><br>

Profile and Career Path | Fiduciary – Finance – Accountancy – Tax

• You have at least 2 years of experience in accounting within Luxembourg (AIFM, PFS, fiduciary, or holding companies).
• You are fluent in German and able to work comfortably in either French or English.
• You are familiar with similar portfolios, including Soparfis, holdings, or real estate entities. If you have worked with commercial companies, that would also work for our client.
