We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our clients' IT Department. This short-term temporary role is ideal for a junior administrative professional with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

The location is Belval.

Your Responsibilities:


  • The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the IT Department, including:
  • Managing agendas, calendars, and meeting logistics
  • Handling administrative coordination for departmental activities
  • Assisting with budget follow-up and basic financial processes
  • Supporting purchase requests (PR) and administrative workflows
  • Ensuring smooth communication within the team and with internal stakeholders

Your Profile:


  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Junior-level administrative experience or transferable skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • Business-fluent English and French required
  • No specific degree is required
