De Brian Orser war an den 80er ee vun den erfollegräichsten Äiskonschtleefer. Weltmeeschter 1987, Vizeweltmeeschter 84, 85, 86 an 88, Olympiazweeten 84 an 88 an Trainer vun zwee Olympiagewënner an dräi Weltmeeschter. Bekannt ass de Brian och nach als Mr. Triple Axel:
I didn't even realize I was doing this at the time, but I was kind of moving the sport forward technically. I just knew that I had to do certain jumps and just want to just always improve. Even when it got to the triple axle, when I started landing it, when I was like 17, I didn't realize at the time that it had never been landed before in a competition. So there was another Canadian guy that actually landed it like a month before me. So I just missed that part of history. But then I continued doing it for, you know, the next 10 years actually.

D'Passioun fir den Äissport huet beim Brian scho ganz fréi ugefangen:
You know, being a Canadian boy, you know, when I was six years old, I played hockey, because every Canadian boy plays hockey. But skating is a big part of it. So I was the youngest of five kids. My parents put me into hockey and they put me into figure skating and they put me into skiing and swimming and gymnastics, whatever they could do to have a break, I guess. So I really took to the figure skating. The hockey really wasn't my thing. Then it just took off from there.
Et ass mëttlerweil déi zweete Kéier, dass de Brian Orser op Lëtzebuerg kënnt, fir jonk Äissporttalenter ze coachen, wéi gefält em eist Ländchen dann, obwuel Lëtzebuerg jo lo net dat Wantersportland ass?
I did, last time I got around a little bit, and this time I hope to get around a little bit more, but it's a beautiful city. I'm just really loving this whole free transit. It's very cool. And it's clean, and it seems really safe. It's beautiful, historical. And for us, with the skating, it's in such a perfect location, because we can draw from all these neighboring countries. We have Germany and Belgium and France and most of Europe you can drive here. So we're trying to get our stamp on this camp and keep it an important and fun. But it's just a good run camp and the kids can learn a lot. And we have a good team. We have, you know, an international coaching team as well. So from all over and everybody brings something to the table.
De Brian Orser ass nach bis Enn der Woch am Axellence Camp op der Kockelscheier mat derbäi an hei héiert der de ganzen Interview mat der kanadescher Legend:
