Am Sorttrack war mam Peter Murphy ee Lëtzebuerger um Depart. Iwwer 1.000 Meter hat hien et an d'B-Finall gepackt. Um Enn ass eng 10. Plaz am General erausgesprongen. Donieft huet hie sech iwwer 500 Meter als 21. klasséiert an iwwer 1.500 Meter war et déi 15. Plaz.

D'Schreiwes vun der Lëtzebuerger Shorttrack-Federatioun

This year Italy is heavily involved in winter sports but it has also a reason. Next year the
Winter Olympics are held in Milan & Cortina d´ Ampezzo.

From 11.1 until 23.1 the Winter World University Games were kept in Torino
and our COSL cadre skater Peter Murphy was participating.

In the 1000m he was skating in the B-Final and overall 10th. Here his other results
500m 21st
1500m 15th Congrats Peter!

Next week this time the Starclass CD 2 competition is raced in Kockelscheuer. 172 skaters from 9 countries will skate on our ice here in Luxembourg . The competition will be streamed
LIVE on the following link www.shorttrackonline.info where you will also find the results.

The next competitions are 7-9.2.25 ISU World Tour 5 in Tilburg and then the following weekend the ISU
World Tour 6 in Milano. Peter Murphy is skating in these competition. The Speculaas Cup in Hasselt will
be skated 15-16.2 from many of our skaters. Julie Kiesgen will train first in Canada and then skate in the
ISU World Junior Championships in Calgary.
